1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client") and Cichocki LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of our strategic technology advisory services. By engaging our services or accessing our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Service Description

Cichocki LLC provides professional technology consulting services including but not limited to:

All recommendations and deliverables are based on our professional judgment and current industry knowledge.

4. Client Responsibilities

Client agrees to:

5. Intellectual Property

All proprietary methodologies, frameworks, and pre-existing intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Cichocki LLC. Work product developed specifically for Client becomes Client's property upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in the engagement agreement. Both parties retain rights to general knowledge, skills, and experience gained during the engagement.

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality standards and will not disclose Client information to third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law. Client information is protected through technical, administrative, and physical safeguards designed to prevent unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cichocki LLC's total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by Client for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in English and governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, excluding its conflict of law provisions.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice as specified in the individual engagement agreement. Upon termination, Client shall pay for all services performed and expenses incurred through the termination date. Confidentiality obligations survive termination indefinitely.

10. Modifications

These Terms may be updated periodically to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Updated terms will be posted on our website with the effective date. Continued engagement of our services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
